Full Home Inspections

Our standard home inspections include a visual assessment of all major areas and systems within the home. We evaluate everything from ceilings and walls to floors, windows, doors, HVAC, plumbing, and more.

Why It Matters:

Skipping a home inspection puts you at serious risk. Listing photos and walkthroughs only show the surface, what lies beneath could cost thousands if missed. Our inspections help uncover hidden issues with the home’s structure or systems so you’re not caught off guard after closing.

Pre-Drywall Inspections

A pre-drywall inspection takes place before insulation and drywall are installed. This crucial step ensures your new home is being built to code and spec—before it’s covered up.

What we inspect:

  • Foundation, framing, roof system

  • Electrical rough-in, plumbing lines, HVAC ducts

  • Waterproofing, flashing, window and door installation

  • All structural components including headers, stem walls, and trusses

We request construction plans to be submitted in advance or available on site.

Pre-Listing Inspections

This inspection is ideal for homeowners preparing to sell. We assess the condition of the property and highlight any repairs that could affect the sale.

Benefits of a Pre-Listing Inspection:

  • Provides you a detailed view of the existing condition of your home

  • Allows you to remedy any issues prior to listing your home for sale

Insurance Inspections

In Florida, insurance companies often require specialized inspections to assess your home’s safety and potential risks. Two of the most common are wind mitigation inspections and 4-point.

A wind mitigation inspection is a report that your insurance carrier may use to rate your policy, and it looks at penetrable openings within your home. We review roof type and installation, roof-to-wall connections, secondary water barriers, opening protections (such as storm shutters or impact glass), and building code compliance based on the year of construction.

A 4-point inspection is another report that your insurance carrier may use to rate your policy, and it addresses the lifespan remaining of your home’s four major components. These include your roof, your HVAC system, your electrical panel and your plumbing.

Together, these inspections provide a comprehensive picture of your home’s resilience and safety.

Sewer Camera Inspections

We use a waterproof camera to inspect your sewer lines for:

  • Blockages

  • Cracks or collapsed pipes

  • Tree root intrusions

  • Construction debris or misaligned pipes (especially in new builds)

You’ll receive a private video link of your inspection via YouTube for easy viewing and sharing.
