Kapp McMullin
Founder | Board-Certified Master Inspector | Certified Building Contractor
With over 30 years in the field and more than 3,500 inspections completed, Kapp McMullin sets the standard for excellence. As a Board-Certified Master Inspector, Kapp is known for his sharp eye, technical precision, and extensive knowledge of pre-drywall inspections, air quality testing, sewer scopes, and insurance inspections.
Kapp is also a Certified Building Contractor with a wealth of experience in residential and commercial remodeling, new construction, and navigating complex regulations like FEMA’s 50% rule. His deep understanding of framed construction, additions, and full-scale builds ensures your project is in expert hands.
Kapp proudly serves on the Board of Directors for SRQ Vets, a nonprofit supporting local veterans. When he’s not working, you’ll find him enjoying the Florida lifestyle—skiing, golfing, or casting a line with family and friends.
Rosemary McMullin
Vice President | Marketing & Client Relations Expert
With a background in marketing, business development, and client relations, Rosemary McMullin is the strategic powerhouse behind KMI’s growth and reputation. Over the past 30 years, she has helped launch and grow multiple successful businesses—KMI included—by combining a talent for storytelling with a deep understanding of what clients truly need.
Rosemary manages everything from advertising and national sales strategy to staff development and project coordination. She has a sharp eye for budgeting, timelines, and the customer experience, and takes great pride in the fact that KMI’s business is driven primarily by referrals from satisfied clients.
She’s also well-versed in the permitting process across Sarasota and Manatee Counties, including City of Sarasota, Holmes Beach, Bradenton, Anna Maria, and the Town of Longboat Key—making her an invaluable asset on every job.
Off the clock, Rosemary loves to garden, read, travel, and host bonfire nights filled with laughter and connection.
