Home Inspections
How long does a home inspection take?
Most inspections take between 2–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the home. Larger or older homes may take longer to ensure nothing is missed.
How soon will I get my report?
We deliver digital reports within 24 hours—often the same day.
What’s included in a home inspection?
We inspect all major systems, including the roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural components, and more. Optional add-ons include sewer scope, air quality testing, and wind mitigation reports.
Do you perform inspections on barrier islands like Siesta Key and Longboat Key?

Are you certified to perform mold remediation?

Will you rebuild the affected area after mold removal?
Yes—we don’t just remove mold, we fully restore the area. That includes drywall replacement, painting, and structural repairs if needed.
How long does mold remediation take?
