What started as an open garage is being transformed into a personalized retreat designed for recreation, fitness, and relaxation.
The homeowners envisioned a multifunctional space that could accommodate a golf simulator and home gym while maintaining the quality and character of their property.
Our team took on the transformation, incorporating structural framing, new windows, a garage door, upgraded electrical systems, and custom finish carpentry to create a functional, comfortable extension of the home.

The renovation involved extensive framing, plumbing, and electrical work to create a more open, balanced layout. One of the main challenges was incorporating an existing stepped soffit concealing the home’s stairway while maintaining a cohesive design.

This Siesta Key vacation residence underwent a complete renovation, transforming the condominium into a beautifully updated coastal retreat.
